Beach resorts in Lian, Lobo, Calatagan or San Juan, Batangas?

Please help…i’m looking for a cheap but nice beach resort in batangas. We’re a large group of about 30-35 persons. We’re on a tight budget. Can you recommend a resort which can we rent on very cheap price? I know there are lots out there but those cheap resorts have no websites…can anyone help? thanks!

Lian has the cheapest resorts, Calatagan the most expensive ones.

The only one i know there is Pier one resort.
I don’t know the prices but the resort is nice and they can handle 35 persons
